Our decision
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is the best phone available for up to Rs.15 thousand. Its performance is better and its battery works for up to two days. Both cameras work well.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro: Detailed Review

in few years Xiaomi has set a better position in the Indian market . The company introduced its newest Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro into the market. We reviewed this phone after a few days usage and the smartphone will cost you at Rs. 15,000.

Manufacturing and Design: A new design.

This new phone has an 18: 9 aspect ratio. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a 5.99 inch 2160×1080 pixel display. The phone’s edges are thinner and its design is also good. This phone has a curved backpack, which is easily attracted. However, it is made from the same MiA1-made material. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 does not have a metal unit body. Used well fitted plastic for upper and lower antennas

The dual rear camera on the phone comes with a bump. It looks different. Flash is set between two cameras.

Display and UI: There is no scarcity, but it’s ok if Oreo exists.

18: 9 Display is more interesting. We compared it to other devices of the Xiaomi, then it was the best with a 5.99 inch display. Xiaomi is still using good viewing angles and color production IPS LCD panel. In general, colors are not as reliable, the display provides awesome worm tones in everyday use. There are no complaints about Touch Response, but it is not confirmed that the Gorilla Glass Protection has been provided to Protect Redmi Note 5 Pro. It looks like hard glass.

MIUI looking very colorful as last year at this time. You can not get Android Oreo in this device the absence of the latest version of the Android operating system is a bit disappointing.

MIUI 9 tries to give some dual apps and some extra space, both settings available in the menu. In addition you can also get some preloaded apps such as Microsoft Apps, Facebook, Amazon, Mintra and Amazon Prime Video Apps. Additionally users also get additional tools (calculator, clock, file manager etc.). Xiaomi also have their own app store. Due to the Google Play Store, Xiaomi app store is unclear. This UI is optimized for better battery life and works a bit smaller than its required brightness but we are happy about it for over all phone performance.

Performance

As we mentioned earlier, the main feature of the phone is the new chipset Qualcomm snapdragon 636. Because of Snapdragon 650 review got plenty. Xiaomi wants to repeat his success and the company says that this phone is available for our Mi fans.

It is very convenient for everyday tasks. It will give a lot of competition to all of the phones coming in this category. Users are more likely to use it.

After playing an hour on the phone we learned a few things about the phone and did not heat it very much. This phone has a single pyrolytic graphite sheet that reduces the temperature to 1 degree Celsius. The audio quality of the phone is as good as other phones in 25,000 rupees and no complaints from quality.

Battery Life: Continue for two days

As mentioned earlier, the device provides less brightness than the requirement of the UI and protects the battery life. The phone has a 4000 mAh battery and power efficient SoC’s mail provides comfortable battery life for up to two days. The battery does not end in a day.
This phone also offers 9-10 hours of battery life with heavy gaming.

Camera: Best New

The new dual camera setup gives better results than its previous phones. You get 12 MP primary camera (Sony IMX 486), which comes with 1.25 inch sensor and f / 2.2 aperture. The second 5MP camera is for Deep Sensing and its sensor size 1.12um, which has an Aperture f / 2.0.

In a good light condition the camera will capture good details and provide an impressive color reproduction. The images taken in low light are good and the camera has a good dynamic range. Photos taken in low light also capture good detail. It’s a good camera like Mi A1 and it also beat Mi 1 in some places.

The secondary camera at the back does not provide optical zoom, its main task is deep sensing. It helps in improving image quality.

The phone’s video mode is disappointing compared to the quality of the camera. And video quality is not good too. This phone can not shoot more than 30fps, but the SD636 is capable of shooting at 4K Ultra HD at 30Kps and shoots 1080p videos at 120fps.

The front 20MP IMX376 sensor is, which gives all the lighting conditions good images. There is also front facing flash on this device. You can not get better pictures from the front camera when compared to back camera.

Bottom line

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is the new king in this department. Its performance and excellent battery life combination. Its display is good and there are not much complaints on the back and front cameras. Arguing that the company is capable of becoming the number one smartphone brand in the country and the standard high level

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is the winner of the competition and is competing for all mid-range smartphones coming this year. This is the best phone you can buy.
